Evaluate
The first step to recovery is having a comprehensive evaluation completed by your Physical Therapist. Using a variety of tests and measures, your Physical Therapist will establish your baseline and develop a plan of care. Treatment will begin on the first session as well as patient education and a home program to get you started.
Treat
Through continued education, we design our treatment plans based on the latest research. We truly believe “exercise is medicine” and take an active approach towards rehabilitation. We specialize in exercise prescription, but may also use manual therapy and modalities such as ice, heat, and electrical stimulation to help aid the healing process.
Prevent
When working with any injury, we aim to decrease risk of re-injury in the future by designing an individualized maintenance program just for you!
We also specialize in patient education and teaching safe body mechanics and injury prevention techniques.
Orthopedic
Injuries
We will take you through strength, stretching, and ROM exercises specifically selected for you and your phase of healing.
Our goal is to help you safely return to sport, fitness, exercise routines, hobbies, and work.
Sports
Medicine
We will continually challenge you through the healing process while building strength and increasing your flexibility to get you ready to return to sports. We embrace high level sport specific training to ensure you are ready to return to play.
Concussion Rehabilitation
We will guide and monitor you through specific phases to challenge your strength, endurance, and stability to decrease your signs and symptoms. We work with your physician to get you cleared for full return to the activities you
love.
Post
Operative
We work together with your
Orthopedic Surgeon to meet your functional goals utilizing ROM, strength, stretching, manual therapy, and modalities as
appropriate for your stage of post-operative healing.
Work
